A Facebook group known as Save Tanjung Aru Beach has provided clear instructions and sample letters to send to KKCH/DBKK via email, fax or writing in on the matter of the rezoning of Tanjung Aru Beach areas.
“Check the map for changes in the places you are interested in and write in to object if you disagree, this is our right as members of the public,” urged Hwong in a statement today.
SEPA also thanked KKCH/DBKK for providing the extension due to public outcry with the original deadline being 22nd of May, 2014.
“We hope in the future the City Hall will bear in mind that they need to provide ample time and avenue for feedback from concerned members of the public,” concluded Hwong.
